Don't do it ! Do not use! They are thieves.

They have just upgraded me and charged £79 without permission from my credit card.I have complained and been told I will be reverted to the standard contract. No mention of returning my money.They are unprincipled and illegal.

Privacy not protected!!!!!

Clunky and not easy to use. The biggest reason to avoid this company at tall costs.....is because if you use them... you must give them permission to read and scan your own data AND it gets worse....third parties of their choice. Dropbox- Secure yet easily accessible

What do you like best? I like having the ability to have a software allowing me to upload everything to a cloud and not cluttering space on my hard drive. It is also great to access files without having to carry around a USB anymore, and not have to worry about forgetting to bring it with you. What do you dislike? Paying for an account and it is not working - stuck on synching. Over 60 minutes spent with online chat to "support" who were unable to fix the problem and promised to escalate the matter and come back to me : needless to say they haven't.Time to cancel the account and move to Google Drive!

What do you like best? I think its great the ease of using this user-friendly platform that allows you to share and receive files from both internal and external users. What do you dislike?
