Dropbox Business has improved our office efficiency dramatically!

What do you like best? The ease of use is our favorite feature... get it installed and it just works, but from there, it has really streamlined our office work. We use a shared Dropbox account to store all of our client files so everyone on the team can find things quickly and easily. We also collaborate on edits and videos with clients, which is a huge timesaver. What do you dislike? Sometimes the smart sync feature isn't the best... it will start randomly syncing files we didn't ask ...

What do you like best? Very useful to share important documents with the team in real time. What do you dislike? Sometimes created conflicting copies when several people are viewing the same document at the same time. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Helped us continue to share documents at a time when our internal server was too slow and could not be used. . user-friendly and quick to set up

BEWARE !

Dropbox is great when it works....BUT we've just had a synch problem and the actions of the "Help-Desk" resulted in losing access to 39GB of Files !!As a result I shall be moving to Google.

Good Storage Platform

What do you like best? Last year we made an environment in order to test this platform, we just involved a few power users from our organization. Basically, they liked this tool because they were able to access from anywhere using Mobile clients for Android or IOS. Easy to store files

What do you like best? It’s straight forward, easy to upload and organize What do you dislike? I think it is easy to have it become disorganized if you aren’t careful to store files properly What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? It takes space off my desktop! It also allows out entire network to have access to documents in real time. Also, sharing links to folders is extremely useful for out of network file sharing.

Dropbox is Terribly Organized

What do you like best? Dropbox has a free version, which is good. That version carries enough storage space. And it's a good way to keep everything in once place while sharing with others. What do you dislike? I'm not sure where to start. There are so many quality of life elements Dropbox needs to improve. The fact that after you finish uploading items, you have to uncheck them in order to access other options, how you have to go back and then enter the folder again to see those items ...

Losing the will to Synch...

For an App and company that used to (nearly) always get it right, what has become of the once reliable, original and functional Dropbox product? I have had a personal account going back at least 10 years at this stage I think which has served me very very well and contemplated moving our office to Dropbox business, however, the utter pile of crap that it has turned into in the last 3-4 months is worse than the days of trying to rely on MS Vista....(you know what I mean). An excellent tool

Deleted Account

They deleted my account for "inactivity". I never received any notice of this, because all the correspondence were sent to spam. Why would a cloud service be deleting files in the first place? Ridiculous!!!
