Dropbox Business easy to use and person friendly

What do you like best? Dropbox has both an online portion that is very easy to use in Chrome, but also a desktop based function that works like other Microsoft functions What do you dislike? It can be confusing when you have to save things in multiple places. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Saving information and not having to use desktop memory

Satisfied, but there are better options out there in 2017.

What do you like best? Dropbox was very easy to learn and I had no problem teaching some more tenured, tech weary co-workers the in's and outs of the platform. Ease of use factor would be one of the reasons I would consider using it again. Also, the price wasn't too bad in comparison to other options at the time. What do you dislike? What do you like best? I love that I can share and create share security settings What do you dislike? That I have to download ALL files to my computer if I want to integrate it into my OS. We have an extremely large company, and I'd love to pick and choose what I can keep on my OS. Great way to share

What do you like best? I like using dropbox to have the files I need at home and at work to be available for me when I forget my thumb drive. I can also share files easily with members of my staff. What do you dislike? I've been using dropbox for 6 years and don't have any dislikes for it. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? It's a great way to get things done without having to share a computer.

What do you like best? Love the facility and the possibility to reopen previous versions (this option was available to Google Drive and I missed it. Now it's working perfectly. Great for a secure way to share files

What do you like best? I like the drag and drop features and how it works as an extension of your PC storage. What do you dislike? Syncing features are very clunky and easy to mess up, not as smooth. You can end up downloading your entire companys dropbox folder on your PC. Recommendations to others considering the product: Not an exact replacement for Google docs but it is secure and is easy to use to do basic things. What problems are you solving with the product? What do you like best? Document great for sharing documents with others across departments What do you dislike? People's lack of willingness to sign up or create account or follow the link to the document What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? The sharing of information efficiently across multifunctional departments

Share when ready

What do you like best? We have a lot of outside partners, and rather than going back and forth via email about whether or not assets are ready, the ease of Dropbox lets them log in when they have time to see when the files are ready to be transferred. What do you dislike? Drag and drop into different folders takes awhile to do. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? ease of sharing, which in turn creates less back and forth via emails!

Good Product

What do you like best? I like being able to share this dropbox with my colleagues I never have issues with it syncing and is great for holding our GIANT inventory spreadsheet. I also like that you can edit people's permissions for saving so they can view only. What do you dislike? Once in awhile the syncing seems to be off, but this is rare. What do you like best? I like how Dropbox Business allows us to privately share and sync documents with our co-workers. What do you dislike? The security model could be improved to allow for classified information or PII to be distributed. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
