Drop in PC Performance
Having Dropbox on my PC, Laptop & MobPhone was detrimental to the performance of all those items, so I uninstalled it, and performance recovered. Why can't the Software Designers get it right

I used to rave about Dropbox
I used to rave about DropboxNow I RAGE about DropboxAll the documents in my folders have been moved to adjacent folders. I could not have physically done this and cannot be user error I now have a massive physical task to go through hundreds of folders and move thousands of documents. Then how can I trust them not to do it again Any suggestions on who I should move to that is reliable and proferssional AND will come back to me with my query??

Useful in a sense, but the pricing is questionable.
PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? We decided to acquire Dropbox for the primary purpose of keeping all of our files into one location. Each department was given its own assigned folders and storage space for their records and documents, which made the system well organized. Almost all employees were given the unique access that will allow them to share data with other departments and external clients freely. I am apparently being charged
I am apparently being charged for a Dropbox that I didn't even know I had and am unable to reach a real person in support services.I used the "free" service once, several years ago and I have being charged anually since without notice. I just happened to catch it on my CC statement.

By far the worst customer support I've…
By far the worst customer support I've ever encountered. Never received a straight answer, simply repeated the same suggested action that does not work. Even the url's they send to review them do not work! Sent requests to close the trial account I created, because the option to delete the account they kept referring me to results in an unspecified error, just like their survey links.

If there was a zero stars I’d click on it! From minute one the program did random syncing with an old account. Then made me sign up with Apple ID in order to pay for the “professional” version. After that? You’re fckd. Then they use an Apple ID email and when you send links or share? They have to know a random Apple ID email a mile long. There’s no way to get your regular email after that. After constantly bombarding me to sync…
After constantly bombarding me to sync files, save more files, all to increase my need to buy more storage space, when I did sync my phone and computer, they corrupted a powerpoint presentation which I had to totally redo. This apparently occurred because I didn’t have storage space on my computer, when combined with my phone. I immediately deleted dropbox and switched to a free service that works between devices. I was lucky compared to many other reviewers here!

Just use OneDrive or Google Drive
I’m locked out of my account because my number has been deactivated and I have 2FA. I read all the forums and articles on Dropbox and none of them are able to assist me. I thought email support might’ve helped but once again they said the level of support depends on what subscription you have. Then the email proceeds to tell me to log in to pay for a subscription… So I can’t get support from a real person unless I pay but I can’t login and that is the issue in the first place, so I can’t ...
