My files in the Dropbox secure cloud.

What do you like best? I feel very safe using Dropbox to back up files from my computer to the cloud due to end-to-end encryption and this frees up a lot of space on my hard drive. I also like to share photos, files from my cloud with third parties to access certain files. I use Dropbox on my IPAD, PC and Iphone, it is very easy to use. All photos are synchronized in real time with the cloud giving me security and comfort. What do you dislike? I don't see anything negative on Dropbox ...

Paper has very bad technical support.

Paper has very bad technical support. After I upgraded to Dropbox Business, no one on my team could view my company's Dropbox Paper folders. We were told that "some team members have been upgraded to Dropbox 2020" with little to no explanation. After hours of support tickets and calls over the course of six weeks, as of this writing, there's still no resolution. Instead of escalating issues, support just stops responding. Or another support person will take over and ask the same questions. ...

Faster File Sharing

What do you like best? I like how it’s a one click share, opposed to having to save a file one place & have to sometimes find where it was saved. It saves you time when you want to share or send files fast or collectively What do you dislike? I dislike that some files have slower loading times, or won't load at all. I've seen sections missing, or have been misconstrued through the system once received by the other party. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits ...

It's an easy way to save files with less equipment

What do you like best? The user interface is sleek and mostly easy to use. I can find my way around without any problems. The file management system is designed the same way most of my computer and phone file systems are designed. I can share and work on files right from the Dropbox Business account. I like that we can get notification when activities occur in the account, which helps me to stay on top of shared files. What do you dislike? Dropbox Business has been great, but the cost ...

DropBox denied access to my data

I used the free DropBox very happily for all my personal info for several years until a few months ago. One particular day I needed immediate access to an especially critical file. Without warning DP denied access to my folders and demanded an immediate subscription because I had exceeded a (previously undeclared) limit to the number of devices connected to my account. In effect DropBox held me to ransom for money to access my own file. I was furious. Revenge is a dish best served cold. I ...

What happened?

I've been using DropBox from the very start and loving the free edition until recently, then... You can no longer sync on more than 3 devices, any more than that and you have to pay. They update the UI to what can only be described as a dogs dinner, its horrible. Its almost impossible to navigate - Just leave windows explorer as the default!I'm forever getting synchronisation conflicts which kind of defeats the purpose of the App.My guess is DrobBox has hired a bunch of greedy bozo's who ...

Amazing interface easy to use

What do you like best? I like that I’m able to share work with my co workers so easily. It takes just a click to communicate files to others. What do you dislike? There’s nothing I really dislike about Dropbox business. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Problems that I feel are being solved are security issues. It’s a great secure connection that I feel like makes sure work doesn’t go anywhere.

Pretty good

I've been using DropBox for almost 7 montsh now and I absolutely love the product. Easy to use, no issues whatsoever. BTW, their customer support team got in contact with me very quickly and resolved as soon as I had an issue.

Limited scope for a heavily regulated firm

What do you like best? It's easy to share documents with external parties (we have an intranet which we use for internal parties). What do you dislike? It can be a bit clunky, and integration with our intranet has proven difficult. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? File sharing!
