Gets the job done but I wish it had faster processing

What do you like best? I like how universal it is and how I can share files easily with anyone. What do you dislike? I don't like how much processing power it takes and how slow it can be uploading the files. I would upgrade my account but it's a little out of my budget and I've found a cheaper, faster, more streamlined site that I like better called WeTransfer. Dropbox is the leader for a reason

What do you like best? Ease of file sharing/storing, especially on a mac. Dropbox Paper is especially great for creating pleasant looking documents. What do you dislike? Paper could be a little more robust with features. Similar to Google Docs but in the Dropbox UX. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Knowledge base, file sharing/storage.

Confusing

Easy to organize for multi-faceted company

What do you like best? I work for a film studio and we are constantly sending large video files to multiple departments within the company. Dropbox makes it easy to organize folders within the cloud so we can keep our thousands of files organized! What do you dislike? The interface is very glitchy and I can no longer see which files are done processing and which are still running. (There used to be a green checkmark that no longer exists. Complicated

What do you like best? Layout is simple and graphics are well done. What do you dislike? It's complicated to use and not user friendly. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? File sharing with my corporate office.

We used this, but switched to Box for a better value

What do you like best? Dropbox does a really solid job with file synchronization. What do you dislike? We thought the cost was prohibitive compared to Box and other similar products. Recommendations to others considering the product: Use Box. It's cheaper and does the same thing. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We needed something to smoothly share a library of files.

Why I love DropBox

What do you like best? I like that you can upload your pictures and pretty much forget about them.. if you get a new phone you don’t have to worry about losing them forever. You can also upload and keep documents and videos as well. What do you dislike? I don’t like that there is a cap on storage unless you buy some. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I can upload my emails and important documents and not worry about losing them.
