What do you like best? It is accessible anywhere. I can use from my phone or any computer. What do you dislike? Good, basic file sharing tool but not the best

What do you like best? It's fairly easy to use and gets the job done. It isn't my favorite software, but it gets the job done and is easy to teach others to use. What do you dislike?
