What do you like best? It’s a simple platform to use from anywhere. What do you dislike? You can’t edit documents directly in Dropbox. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We are able to lock certain documents so that only allowed users can see them. This is a great security feature.

Very reliable

What do you like best? I love the back up system that they have implemented. I had a ex co worker erase a bunch of important files out of spite and I was able to recover all of them! What do you dislike? There is absolutely nothing that I dislike. I would recommend this program to everyone. The scan to PDF is extremely useful! What problems are you solving with the product? Easy to use

What do you like best? Dropbox makes sharing files with your colleagues much easier compared to going back and forth in email attachments. I like how I don't have to worry about space being an issue. It is also very helpful to be able to go back to historical files if the version I want was override. This helps me keep track of who made what changes. What do you dislike?
