Easy Collaborative Tool

What do you like best? Very easy tool to allow for collaboration across all devices and with multiple people. Can work on multiple things at the same time. Can bring on any device. What do you dislike? Virus protections need some updating and perhaps some privacy concerns. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Dropbox has allowed me an easy way to share my work with my partners without worrying about email addresses or making sure I have enough ...

Dropbox

What do you like best? Search works really well and it's easy to find the files I need most of the time. What do you dislike? Sometimes search doesn't function the way other products I've used do (like Docurated where you can search the content of files (like individual slides. Recommendations to others considering the product: search features could be much better to search for context within the files. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? ...

Great tool for high volume file sharing.

What do you like best? I use Dropbox Business when I am sharing a high volume of files and/or photos that are too large to share in Gmail. What do you dislike? Dropbox Business is generally easy to navigate, but there is a cost associated with it, which I'm not a fan of. Recommendations to others considering the product: Easy way to share a high volume of files. Better than Google Drive. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Dropbox Business ...

Extremely Useful

What do you like best? Dropbox is so very good when it comes to storing all types of information, such as videos, pictures, documents, even if they are big files. Dropbox is essential for security purposes. We have student and employee information that needs to be kept very secure purposes. Also, we can view it not only on the computer but on our phones. What do you dislike? It is strictly a cloud service. I do not have anything else that I do not like. Dropbox serves its purpose well. ...

Makes sharing easier!

What do you like best? I love that anyone in my company can send me a link that takes up no "data" and I can get access to gigs and gigs of material. The UX is very clean and easy to use. What do you dislike? I don't like that I have to save things or own them for them to stay on my dashboard. I'd like a recently viewed aspect so that even though I don't have a folder saved, I can still see it because I generally have access. Recommendations to others considering the product: I think ...

Convenient but doesn't feel secure

What do you like best? I love that I can open it on my computer without accessing the internet or wifi. Makes it convenient when I'm traveling and do not have access to wifi. What do you dislike? It doesn't feel like the most secure and safe place to store my documents, though I could be wrong. I back up on an external hard drive just in case. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We are able to share documents with the entire group without ...
