It's so easy to use that I even use it to transfer data to personal devices. Recommendations to others considering the product: It's also great across devices. Easy & more secure than Google docs

What do you like best? Dropbox has enabled us to easily share files and keep them updated across multiple computers so that we don't have to worry about version issues. What do you dislike? You need to have a very clear internal system for organizing files or it can be hard to know where to look for what you need. Recommendations to others considering the product: Dropbox for business is fantastic for collaborative situations where you need to be able to keep a document updated to the ...

My one and only cloud storage

What do you like best? I love having everything in one place. I used to carry a flash drive with me before I went to Dropbox. Now I can access my files anywhere on my laptop, Ipad, and phone. I can just log in and get my files. If I delete a file by mistake I can get it back. The price is fair and I don't worry about running out of storage. What do you dislike? I can't have all of the files on my laptop so I have to sync files to have less on my laptop but I can still get them thru the ...

Easiest to use!

What do you like best? Dropbox is the easiest file sharing program I've ever used. I love that you can add multiple files and photos at a time and that you can also can each users accessibility. What do you dislike? Only thing I dislike is the pricing, I hate how expensive it can be for a large amount of space. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? My team is able to share DD files with multiple users during the sale process, and that makes it ...

I find dropbox very handy, but my coworkers don't

What do you like best? I like that I can store an share large files very easily. It is also quite helpful to be able to access files when I'm out of the office working from a different computer. I also like that I can share access as a web-link, rather than requiring my coworker to have a Dropbox account. What do you dislike? It can be very confusing for others to understand how to use Dropbox. There is also some lag time between uploading, changing file names, added folders, etc. ...

Dropbox is generally easy to use and gets the job done.

What do you like best? Overall, the drop box software is great! It easily uploads files and keeps things nicely organized. What do you dislike? The software isn't the greatest with long file names. There is no easy way to read a full file name if it gets too long. Recommendations to others considering the product: If you'd like all of your files to be online and easily shareable, Dropbox Business is the way to go. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you ...

Great for team collaboration

What do you like best? I love the features available to admins to properly manage team members What do you dislike? I don't like that it is strictly cloud-based, with no support for on-premises or hybrid implementations. This is a security risk you have to take with all similar services Recommendations to others considering the product: Make sure you need it's key features that you can't get with regular dropbox. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you ...
