What do you like best? I love the secure file sharing, and the fact that you can share instantly. And that you have mobile file access so you can get your files on the go. What do you dislike? Not really knowing who can see your files is something I have issues with. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Great to use and to teach

What do you like best? Accessibility was awesome , storage was useful. What do you dislike? All employees had to have Dropbox and a working knowledge of it. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? That we don’t have work computers so could provide more storage than personal computers allowed.

What do you like best? It’s easy to use when I need to share information quickly. What do you dislike? At times it spools up to 5 minutes when using WiFi. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Easy to transfer files and print out quickly. Almost all who I work with utilize this product.

I couldn’t function without it

What do you like best? Dropbox is my ‘place’. I store my personal and work there. It safely stores and shares all I need. What do you dislike? There isn’t much if anything I dislike about Dropbox. It really seems to cover all my needs at this point. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? My business benefits solved by Dropbox are primarily sharibilty. From Co-labs on folders to temporarily sharing folders or documents large and small.

Easy to use

What do you like best? Pretty straight forward and easy to use What do you dislike? It’s a bit bland when it comes to design What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I wish there was a drag and drop option. I hate having to click move folder if I want to do that

Simple but powerful

What do you like best? Easy. It has some advanced features, but if you just want to keep a set of files in sync across multiple computers, it's easy to do so. What do you dislike? The sharing system leaves a lot to be desired. Unless you make one main folder and share everyone there, it's hard to make sure everyone has what they need. You also can't share on subfolders (when the parent folder is already shared so it's hard to bring in a freelancer to just work on one component of a ...
