Dropbox, le drive le plus inutile du monde !On m'a partagé un dossier dropbox sur lequel il y'avait l'équivalent d'1TO de fichiers vidéos. N'ayant pas de compte j'ai du en créer un. Et là je découvre qu'en fait, le partage n'est pas un partage comme tous les autres drives, en fait c'est un copier/coller sur votre compte. while they speak nicely they offer very limiting options for people like myself. Photographers, this is not a good option for you. They force you to purchase 3 licenses if you want to upgrade and it is hardly an upgrade 5t for $450 and transfer limit of 2g ! that is nothing! for that price and they have not other options, I have tried. They never answer a request for support.
Complete radio silence when requesting support.I've lost access to my account because the phone I had the Authenticator app installed stopped working and I've lost my emergency codes. I'm trying to contact with their customer support to see if there is any other way to connect to my account, but they never answer any contact attempt. It's a terrible company, not worth it in the slightest. I couldn't recommend less! You'll definitely be better off with a google one subscription instead. I ...

For me the worst service ever
For me the worst service ever! i had a trial period of 30 days and i got in this time minimum 20 mails to change it into a contract account. For sure i will not do because i`ll never use this service again

Dbox: Gestapo Tactics For User "Denied Service
I agree with so many of the reviewers that after 8 years as a customer I got a message that I have violated the terms of agreement and they denied me access to my account. This was a month after I paid them for next year. Customer service is an oxymoron. I didn't get any idea why they cancelled my service until after I sent then 12 requests and then after 6 weeks I got one liine: "Service cancelled because of customer violated terms of service." How can anyone run a business like…
How can anyone run a business like that??? Appalling customer service talking down to you and arguing with you and emailing, after you finished the 'support' chat, to continue arguing...Awful product which forces you to have a subscription for space you don't need when you're working on someone else's files. Clunky Google Docs integration and lack of clarity on price plans (hiding cheaper ones and forcing the more expensive ones on you).

One of the worst customer service…
One of the worst customer service experience. They charged me for the wrong plan and then wouldn't refund. I contacted them several times and they kept stating they would expedite. I disputed it on my credit card and received the refund that way. Make sure you removal all files first from their cloud.

AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE
I downloaded Dropbox as my iPad was telling me storage was full so transferred all my photos & videos to drop box done the free trial thing for a month received email to say free trial was coming to an end so tried everything to end free trial wit no luck next thing I knew I have been charged £95.88p for a years subscription to which I most definitely not 100% agree to it I even tried to email them to explain not to take any money which of course they ignored I can’t find a email address ...

Wordt geld afgeschreven terwijl ik niet eens een account heb. Probeer contact met ze op te nemen maar daarvoor moet je eerst inloggen. Omdat ik geen account heb kan ik ook niet inloggen maar heb nou wel voor de 2e keer 120 euro betaald.
