What's unique about Dropbox?

What do you like best? Dropbox allows individual users to separate personal documents from business documents, establishing a controllable space to organize files. Admin tools also allow clients to remote wipe data from devices, transfer user privileges when needed, track user activity such as sign-ins and edits, and insert a two-step verification for added security. What do you dislike? Files can’t be synchronously edited. Users have found duplicate files called ...

Great for Collaborating Data Aggregation

What do you like best? I used Dropbox Business for 2 years, and found it useful for collaboration - especially when it came to data collection and due diligence. Seeing who uploaded which document and being able to track versions is extremely helpful - especially during due diligence. What do you dislike? Although I like the current file system, I feel like there is something missing that could make it more user friendly and increase productivity. Recommendations to others considering ...

Easiest Way to Share Data

What do you like best? Dropbox allows me to share documents and data privately with my colleagues who are in other states. It's HIPAA compliant so we're able to upload data on our clients and feel confident that the only people viewing it are our chosen employees. What do you dislike? I dislike that there isn't an option to automatically notify my coworkers that a document has been uploaded in a shared folder. It only updates them if Data has been changed on a document that they're ...

The best cloud sync tool ever

What do you like best? Dropbox is so easy to set: you just need to install it, select a folder and that's all! I use it to sync all my production folders through all my devices - including mobile. Also, it saves versions of the files, in case you change some of them and regret. That saved me a lot of times. What do you dislike? I wish Dropbox plans for business were more affordable per user... I have teams which I collaborate that don't use it because Google's are free. Recommendations to ...

It's simple and effective. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Sharing and accessing large documents anywhere from any device has ...
