Great experience and user friendly

What do you like best? I liked the ease of the system and the fact that it was user friendly. I like that it is so easy to use. We have a lot of technology averse people at our company. This was easy to teach most everyone and allowed some of our toughest users to not feel intimidated. A lot of times those people would just give up and not do the task asked of them.
