What do you like best? I like how easy it is to share files with our customers and sales team. What do you dislike? Downloading large files can be very slow at times, especially compared to other services such as mega. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Dropbox saved us a lot of time with its integration with Zendesk. Our customer service team can easily send files to our customers with its built-in widget.

Great solution to share business documents

What do you like best? I work in video industry and often time I need to transfer bigger video files to colleagues or clients. It has fast and stable server to work in those. What do you dislike? Well..there's nothing that I can think of. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Sharing big files, and making things easier to share draft of video edits, getting feedback from client this process is being much faster and smoother.

What do you like best? Ability to store an infinite amount of data, files and information in addition to sharing with our team, clients and company. What do you dislike? Sometimes have issues with the others we invite to access a file - not able to get the file and/or documents. What do you like best? Dropbox is a great platform for document storage and editing. The new Dropbox for teams is an excellent feature. What do you dislike? If you have people on your team who use the browser version beware of conflicting copies! What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? What do you like best? I like the ability to give viewing privledge to certain folders and the variety of features it provides. What do you dislike? That is costs a monthly fee... I really liked when dropbox was $100 annually. Recommendations to others considering the product: It is useful if you have more then 5-10 employees. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Making sure everyone has access to documents and tools they need.
