Dropbox has great storage capabilities for companies just starting out

What do you like best? I love the file recovery dropbox has to offer. When I upgraded from a personal account to a business nothing changed. What do you dislike? I dislike how they put a data cap of storage capability with the 1tb. Yeah that's a lot of data but if your business is growing then you will eventually need more, then you will have to pay for more accounts. Recommendations to others considering the product: Start by using the individual plan first, then when your business ...

Easy file sharing

What do you like best? I like that this program makes it easy to share files with multiple users. It is a clean, easy to understand, and organized program that anyone with any level of expertise can use. What do you dislike? I dislike that you often have to refresh the program after renaming images. Additionally, after renaming an image the program sends you back to the top of the page, which makes it very difficult when trying to rename a lot of images in one sitting. Recommendations ...

Great for file sharing!

What do you like best? This is a great product for file sharing securely in the office. We use this to share lesson plans, documents to be signed, and anything with low to mid level security. It works well in that we can organize files easily, upload quickly, and use the cloud storage. What do you dislike? The cost is higher than other services, and is priced per user, making it costly since we are a small business. Recommendations to others considering the product: This is a ...

Great tool for file sharing and stirsge

What do you like best? Huge storage capabilities and simple user interface, great for file transferring within the same organization What do you dislike? Nothing much to dislike. But could get confusing with too many Dropbox accounts — for work, school, and personal. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Data sharing with people on my team. Great for confidential data that cannot be seen by people outside the company.

Easy to use & very accessible

What do you like best? I love how easy it is to access for everyone. Works well across different operating systems. What do you dislike? It's getting a little hard for Dropbox to compete with Google Drive. I don't dislike Dropbox, but the G Suite is just becoming more prevalent. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? The great amount of storage for the price; it works for all of my colleagues no matter what device or OS they have.

Best version control of all

What do you like best? DropBox for business is easy to use and simple to install. We can choose either to install or just access files. Backup is automatic. I like that we don't have to have our own server for simple file sharing and storage. What do you dislike? Syncing can take a very long time, causing some workers to turn it off temporarily, then forget to reset it. We've also had some issues with preventing people from saving things in the wrong location and would like some tools to ...
