I only use this to save all documents

What do you like best? It is reliable and easy to access and organize. What do you dislike? I don't dislike anything really. Just annoying to have to download it onto every computer but still easily accessible. Recommendations to others considering the product: I'm not sure if I would pay to use this product but it's free for where I work so it's useful. I like that it has a separate business/personal folder also. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you ...

Dropbox is my Go-to for Affordable, Multipurpose Cloud Storage

What do you like best? Dropbox for Business has long been my go-to for cloud storage because it's always been accountable, has the features I need (and then some and fits both sides of the newbie/expert spectrum for usability. It's my first choice both personally and professionally. What do you dislike? They are still clearly trying to find their sweet spot for pricing and things keep changing. I'd like to see them settle on a particular profit model and then start doubling down on making ...

Convenience of sharing!

What do you like best? DropBox has been an amazing service, especially when working throughout Media Production and often times needing to work with a team across several states, and sometimes countries to share important resource files. Using DropBox you can have all of your projects linked to your DropBox account and anytime a change is made by a team member it gets updated for everyone connected to this shared folder, as well as eases the ability to quickly share files with clients. ...

What benefits have you realized? Files accessibility problem was solved no longer need to have access to the server just need to have ...

Incredibly useful for large file transfer

What do you like best? I like that we can put a folder full of multiple documents somewhere outside of our shared drive that our contractors can access and download. Trying to send all the contract documents through email requires both our server and the recipient's server to have the capability to send large amounts of data. Dropbox fixes that. What do you dislike? There is not much to dislike based primarily on the fact that there isn't much to Dropbox, it's a great file transfer ...

Great for Client/Office Use

What do you like best? I love that I can upload documents to dropbox that will allow the client to download the information on their end. Having a real time software to connect our offices is perfect for back and forth communication. What do you dislike? There is not a lot to dislike with dropbox. We use it often and I love it. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Real-time interaction with clients, the ability for them to send and receive ...

Unlimited Storage

What do you like best? I like the drop and drag ease that Box provides to you. Very simple to move large amounts of data from a server hard driver into our box storage that frees up much needed space. I also like the ease of creating folders and the overall GUI look to the product. What do you dislike? overall transfer times can be a little slow when moving several hundred gigs of information. The other thing that I am not a huge fan of is the overall sharing process I do not like how I ...

Great for working with contract employees

What do you like best? Love that we can share files and maintain a sort of file database with people we contract to/outsource to. Specifically nice for our team that works on the same InDesign files. What do you dislike? It can be difficult to view via mobile, specifically as I have a personal DropBox as well. Recommendations to others considering the product: Give it a chance - you can always try it without paying for more storage to start. What problems are you solving with the ...
