Easy to Access

What do you like best? I like how the Dropbox business is sent through email and can be used to show videos. What do you dislike? It has a maximum of size and may need a different source to backup the files. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? It depends who the file is sent to and how many of the gigabytes the file takes up.

Alternative email communication

What do you like best? Not sure if I’m using to,full potential but this allows isolation of specific communication with my clients What do you dislike? Somewhat dysfunctional as I’m only able to drop emails when prompted to do so What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? My client communication requires a large degree of content management that Dropbox does fairly well to facilitate.

Everything conveniently all in one place

What do you like best? That all of your business files are all in one place and are safely kept in case anything were to happen you can gather them anywhere. What do you dislike? Sometimes it takes a little bit of time to load and save the files What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We are not misplacing and losing files anymore.

Can access my files anywhere

What do you like best? Dropbox business is great. Sometimes I'm in the office, sometimes at home, sometimes on the road. I can access my files anywhere. What do you dislike? If you don't save your doc in one place and open it in another, you will lose your changes. Best document management tool

What do you like best? Dropbox business comes with great user experience, unlimited storage, unlimited deletion and version history. There are some 30 day trial versions available too, which we used and once we are satisfied we rolled it out for our entire team. Initially we are given 2 Tera byte space once we use all of it, we can request for more space for free. What do you dislike? Super Easy!

What do you like best? All of my files upload quickly and with no hassle. I was able to quickly get a needed file to a coworker without a bunch of extra steps and such. It is easy to share drives with a quick email. What do you dislike? Sometimes people who have not used it are unsure of how to do so.
