It is simple to use. I rarely had to call support for help

What do you like best? Being able to send documents to employees via Email What do you dislike? I loved everything about it. I didn't have a problem or find anything difficult to figure out What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Saving more paper and ink since I'm not printing memos out anymore. It helps me spread the word to Employees off that day

Convenient

What do you like best? Very easy to understand and use! Quick and efficient! Files transferred immediately. What do you dislike? Easy way to send and share and upload

What do you like best? Love how easy it is to upload files, upload files on a website for website users to access and then we do not have to send file links to each individual person. We enjoy one spot to access files for the company across and the ease of use. What do you dislike? It does take practice to get use to the drop box system. Good for file sharing

What do you like best? I like that you can share files easily with colleagues and separate them into different folders for organizational purposes! What do you dislike? I dislike how the application pops up or opens onto your screen. It can be difficult to pull up or find. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? File and data sharing. Having access to the files you need, when you need them.

Ease of use

What do you like best? Simple to login and share documents with multiple users. Easy to use application. What do you dislike? I do not have a feature to remain logged in from my browser. It is probably more secure this way but entering my password 6 times a day does get frustrating. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I love that you can install the Dropbox application on your laptop and easily store your files through dragging and dropping. What do you like best? I love the simplicity of Dropbox. It makes you feel comfortable storing such large and typically very important files. What do you dislike?
