Changed my org. life!
What do you like best? The ease of using for small business document and org storage. What do you dislike? I wish there was a way to drag documents out of there (to make copies that way vs. having to make copies locate them and then move them out. Seems easier to adopt a different copy/delete system. Recommendations to others considering the product: If you are a larger company, other software have the capacity to offer internally the storage and file share feature. For small companies, ...

Great for non-sensitive data share
What do you like best? Easily dump loads of data and share across multiple platforms with ease! Drop box is easy, whether sharing a link that can be disseminated to many or to an individual email address, drop box works perfectly. What do you dislike? Privacy of data isn’t drop boxes top priority. While password protection is available, data is not encrypted. I tend to use sharefile when sharing medical records for this reason. Data protection is paramount in these situations, and drop ...

Great for sharing large files!
What do you like best? Dropbox is probably the easiest way to share large files among employees, plus it also keeps all your files in one place. What do you dislike? My one qualm with dropbox is that there is a limit to how large the files you can share are. Sometimes I need to share files past the size limit which can get difficult. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We use dropbox primarily for sharing files too large to send in the body ...

A great way to connect
What do you like best? I work with professor on different projects, and this is an awesome way to save both of us time in file transferring. The one professor that uses this most can just invite me to view her box, and I can add and change as needed. I can also upload all of the files that contain the completed project without having to send a bunch of different emails trying to contain all of the data. I used this in college, but it doesn't compare to how awesome it is in the workforce! ...

Dropbox business synchronizes my files across my three device type -iPad,Android phone and Personal computer in real time. That files deleted by error can be recovered via admin. recovery. Most important ,is the safety and security of files saved on Dropbox, and this is ensured through end to end encryption which leaves my files safer from unauthorized access. What do you dislike? 2FA(two factor authentication if not done rightly, can make it difficult accessing ...

Does Its Job
What do you like best? It worked without any issues! I do suppose having the backups remotely was comforting. It was nice to have a file-syncing service that supports complicated user-access management, and having both the desktop- and website-based file access modes was a good combination of modalities. What do you dislike? From my role (software developer on a self-contained project, I didn't see much advantage offered over regular Dropbox, or any of the other fileserves we had already ...

Indispensable part of my business
What do you like best? Ease of use, ability to share documents securely and collaborate on documents as a team. Storage space is more than adequate. What do you dislike? There isn't much I don't like. Sometimes the online (website version is a bit clunky, but I mostly use the desktop version which is very nice. Recommendations to others considering the product: I think it can be a valuable tools for both large and small businesses to use in the day to day work. The ability to have ...
