Easy-to-use Central Work Space

What do you like best? Dropbox offers a seamless way of sharing large files/documents amongst our entire team. It's fast and reliable and allows me to view files from any device anywhere. It truly helps our team stay more connected in one place, rather than through a chain of emails. What do you dislike? The only thing I dislike is editing access is solely through admins and occasionally, if multiple people are collaborating on a single document, it can create duplicates. ...

my experience with dropbox business

What do you like best? Users can share documents in different ways. First, any file that you place in the team folder will be automatically available to everyone in the same Standard account. Secondly, you can share a folder or a document link, as you can with Google Drive, which you can set as public (anyone with a link can access or you can restrict it in several ways. If you do not want a file or folder to be public, then you can protect it with a password, restrict it only to team ...

I can always trust Dropbox

What do you like best? This was the first cloud storage service I used. I remember it offering 5GB for free but with my recommendations and social sharing, I kept getting more from GBs. I'm at 12 or 13GBs now. The mobile app is great and I love how it integrates to other online software. What do you dislike? For the free version, I don't like how they constantly have "Upgrade Now" call to actions. I'm not a fan of the "Recents" page as being the default page, too. It looks messy. ...

Need to increase Storage in Basic Package

What do you like best? I enjoy the fact that Dropbox is easy to use. I can save files, transfer them and email them for access. What do you dislike? I would like to have more storage in the basic package. 2.25 GB is not a lot of memory in my opinion. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I enjoy being able to easily share large files without having to deal with FTP issues, firewalls or things going into junk boxes.

So useful

What do you like best? I really like that I can drag and drop files and sync for access across platforms. What do you dislike? It can be clunky on mobile devices. I don't really like the filing system set up. Could be more user friendly and intuitive. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Access by multiple users to large files.

Exceptional document storage tool

What do you like best? I like how dropbox integrates with all my software and email services. I have a massive amount of storage not just for all my docs but also anything else I want to put in there like photos, folders and videos. I appreciate how I can reorganize and edit the folders that identify my storage at any time and it works across all my devices. In gmail, I can now use an extension to instantly save to dropbox. What a time saver! What do you dislike? I do not like that I have ...
