Great as server alternative but lag time is frustrating

What do you like best? I can log into dropbox from anywhere. I can also pull old version of files and see who has been updating them. What do you dislike? When coworkers update files it takes a few minutes before I can access them. I also can't preview pictures or things like that, which is really frustrating for marketing purposes.
