Dropbox is awesome if you dont use it much

What do you like best? Honestly dropbox is for storage and for transferring large files, if you need to access your files on a daily basis then this is not for you. The access, and collaboration is not intuitive. What do you dislike? The sync is very slow, sometimes I save a file and 2 hours later a colleague opens it and its from 2 weeks ago.
