Ok but kind of negative

What do you like best? I like being able to share videos, pictures, and documents with others. What do you dislike? Run out of space quickly. Always getting notifications that my dropbox is full, and it's annoying. Google Drives does Dropbox better. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
