Makes document sharing simple across many offices

What do you like best? We have a fee different field offices and often have several people from each location working on a single project. I like that I can uolaod my PO's, change orders, memos or inventory sheets and send them unilaterally to several different people. I can then see their progress and vice versa which is a valuable tool for my specific job. I also like that it is user friendly. What do you like best? What I like the most about Dropbox Business is that we can use a Shared folder, that we have settled to only share files from work. It's great because it doesn’t take up space on every member account. I have to highlight its simplicity too.
