I have been a customer for seven years. No longer.
I have been a customer for seven years. I loved DropBox. Their app was exactly what I needed to quickly upload and share files. As a creative, this feature is essential to my work. Today, I was locked out of my account because someone was accessing a link. Okay, which link? They couldn't tell me. Which file do I need to adjust and to what level? They couldn't tell me. After multiple attempts with their customer service team there is no solution.

All pathways are deliberately looped to avoid any contact by redirecting any enquiry to other parts of the site.The only way to reach you is by offering money for a subscription.The site has the poorest GUI experience. Dropbox sollte verboten werden. Wie ein Virus legt Dropbox sich auf dem Rechner und legt alles lahm. Wenn ich Dropbox lösche, löscht er meine gesamten Daten. Ich habe alle meine Daten absichern müssen und sehr viel Zeit dafür investiert, bevor ich Dropbox löschen konnte.

Produktet fejler ikke noget, men deres service er dårlig. Jeg har ansvaret for en firmaaftale ved Dropbox og oplevede at vores faste betalingsmåde var ophørt uden forklaring. Da vi ville genoprette, fik vi en fejl på siden hver gang vi satte en ny betaling op. When it works Dropbox is…
When it works Dropbox is wonderful...when it works. I have had a paid account for four years. I still have not yet been able to completely sync all my files. Just one 1.5G file takes upwards of 30 minutes to load and sync...and that is presuming it actually syncs without failing...which it currently does OVER 50% of the time--often after wasting 30 minutes of my computer time syncing. Service calls end in frustration because Dropbox does not provide a sync error code or reason! How on earth ...

The worse customer service ever
I pay £95 a year for a dropbox plus account. When I had issues with the desktop app which made all my files unaccessible, no one at dropbox could or would help me. I asked, pleaded and begged for customer support to talk me through how to resolve the problem but they point blank refused to refer me to anyone on the telephone and would only email instructions that were incorrect and impossible to follow. Dropbox is a great file sharing software, but their complete lack of customer service - by lack of, I mean non existent, makes this company difficult to support.

Now they also lie and hire inadequate employes that can't help us.
I've used dropbox since about 2008. It gets more and more complicated to use it -because dropbox does not use it's own service on a daily regular basis - because otherwise they would not make it so complicated to use, - with all their ongoing updates.Caleb at dropbox were actually lying - stating that the reason why dropbox on my computer aren't syncronising with dropbox online is because I'm using illegal signs. Fraudulent charges and no support
I just recently made an account, just to try and get support to only find that you have to have a business account that you pay for to get this support. I have fraudulent charges for an account I've never had with this site and this company doesn't seem to take fraud seriously. I feel like for a sharing site if personal data they would have a proper fraudulent support team to help with those matters.
