Affordable sharing platform

What do you like best? We like that it's an affordable way to scale our business. We can easily add people with no additional overhead. We used to have to buy servers, back up drives, and IT people to service it. Now, we just store our files in DropBox for a fraction of the cost. What do you dislike? Super easy to use

What do you like best? I love that documents are available anywhere from any device and that they are updated in real time. What do you dislike? The feature that tells you when someone else is in a document is a bit spotty so we sometimes get conflicted copies of things. What problems are you solving with the product?
