What do you like best? My entire business (and life is on Dropbox. I use it on every device I own and always have access to my files no matter where I am. Extremely user-friendly. Dropbox helps me stay organized more than any other product I use. I have never even had to contact support the user interface is simply that good. I don't believe I have every in my life used a product or service for this many years without having to contact support at least once. To me, that says so much! I ...

Affordable sharing platform

What do you like best? We like that it's an affordable way to scale our business. We can easily add people with no additional overhead. We used to have to buy servers, back up drives, and IT people to service it. Now, we just store our files in DropBox for a fraction of the cost. What do you dislike? Sometimes versions get saved over each other and it doesn't always tell us when someones updated something. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? ...

Secure and collaborative cloud storage

What do you like best? Dropbox business is the best platform I have used for cloud storage and sharing. They offer some unique features such as denied access to download the file while I share the file link to others, as well as we can specify the time for which the link should be active. It’s amazing. What do you dislike? When comparing the desktop environment with mobile environment, the mobile environment lay behind the desktop environment. What problems are you solving with the ...

It was great! I really wish we would have kept this product instead of moving onto another platform.

What do you like best? It was very easy to access and organize our files into. Whenever we needed to access a certain document it didn’t take forever like other file storage spaces we’ve used. What do you dislike? Nothing, really. It was simple enough to use and access but unfortunately we no longer use it. Recommendations to others considering the product: It’s the most legit out there! Give it a shot and see for yourself. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits ...

Fantastic solution for having documents at a centralized place

What do you like best? Dropbox is great to maintain all your documents at one place, and to maintain the right access rights. Dropbox business is especially better as it allows one to store a lot of documents without running out of space. What do you dislike? I think one of the few things that could change could be collaborating, texting and chatting on the dropbox platform which does not happen currently. Also, the ability for the dropbox platform to maintain versions might be really ...

mostly effective tool for collaboration

What do you like best? The feature that allows you to recover your previous versions of project document is the best. It also allows editing by several people at the same time, and the platform automatically synthesize all the changes into one place. The storage is good, although you have to pay for it. What do you dislike? I like most of the features. One thing I don't like is that is the pricing. It is a little too pricy for individual use. Customer support isn't very good. It seems ...

Simple Reliable Storage | poor collaborative experience

What do you like best? Shortcut folder on my desktop means I store everything in DropBox without having to duplicate anything. I can open my entire business on any machine, anywhere in the world. Upgrading my laptop has never been simpler. What do you dislike? I cannot edit documents live with colleagues. We use Google pages and sheets to do that, then save to MS Word and store in the DropBox. Wish I could live-edit with colleagues right inside DropBox. Recommendations to others ...
