Helpful for sharing and receiving feedback on content

What do you like best? I love that I can easily share large files with various clients for their approval and feedback. What do you dislike? I dislike that I have to intentionally request to create a shared link as well as when viewed in a finder window there is no way to see Dropbox comments. Recommendations to others considering the product: This is an incredibly useful service - we have a server for items, but the ability to comment and share with those outside our organization is ...

Storage for any size company

What do you like best? The ease of moving documents, sharing with others in the company and outside, syncing with local desktop. What do you dislike? Occasionally, multiple people using the same document at the same time can cause copies to be created which is confusing. Recommendations to others considering the product: It takes care of any storage need and allows for scaling to any size needs. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Storage ...

Wonderful sharing tool

What do you like best? The speed, organization, sharing capabilities and interface make Dropbox simple. It's a dream to use. I can share packaged design files and high quality images—just where they need to go—so my coworkers and I can collaborate almost instantaniously on important projects. What do you dislike? It's a little pricey, but that doesn't affect my experience with it! There are limited reporting features which makes me create my own tracking spreadsheets, but as I do that ...

Great for sharing files with coworkers

What do you like best? It’s great for sharing and uploading files between employees and departments, such as excel spreadsheets, reports, and photography. What do you dislike? The only thing that I dislike about it is their storage and how it always ask you individually to upgrade. I think there’s some kinks the need to work out. Recommendations to others considering the product: Great if your company has files to share. Much easier and efficient than emailing. What problems are you ...

Hands down, the most confusing file hosting service available today

What do you like best? "File Requests" is about the only feature of Dropbox that I have any appreciation for. It works as advertised but could still be even better (by offering visibility into request status and better alerts of when requests have been acted upon and completed. What do you dislike? Just about everything associated with the platform. From its insistence on issuing Folder invites to those you share a folder with before anything is uploaded to said folder, to the overall ...

I've been using Dropbox Business (DB for about 2 years now and highly recommend it for anyone looking cloud service for storage, synchronization between different devices, and general file backup. 1 MS Office Integration: You can edit MS Office files even if you don't have Office software installed in your machine. Makes all files accessible to everyone

What do you like best? Dropbox is amazing because you can store files in the cloud instead of on your own hard drive AND because you can collaborate/share docs with others instead of constantly emailing them back and forth. What do you dislike? It's annoying when two people have the same doc open at once and you end up having getting two slightly different duplicates stored. I wish it would prevent editing while someone else is editing. What problems are you solving with the product? ...
