Extremely useful, but storage packages not great

What do you like best? What I like best is the integration with your desktop. It makes it feel as though it isn't in the cloud. You can access everything right from your desktop. What do you dislike? I dislike some of the storage limitations. We often run out of space. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? It is extremely helpful with people who are working remotely. Everyone can access the same files and update them in real time.

What do you like best? I love Dropbox and use it literally every day! I use it to access my files from anywhere, including on my phone while away from home, and to share them with others.
