Dropbox business for internal and extenal use

What do you like best? I like how its simple to create folders and shared links. It is easy to keep everything organized in one space. What do you dislike? Sometimes when there are too many files, its visually overwhelming to have that many folders. I think we should be able to use color codes so things can be easier to find. Recommendations to others considering the product: Keep things organized from the start, its hard to go in later and organize the files once they're in. What ...

This really helps me keep track of all of my documents so I know I will never lose important documents that are downloaded into my dropbox. What do you dislike? I wish more people used Dropbox because it would be a lot easier. I work with a lot of people who send me documents to download and it's so convenient when the sender uses dropbox too. Hands down, the most confusing file hosting service available today

What do you like best? "File Requests" is about the only feature of Dropbox that I have any appreciation for. It works as advertised but could still be even better (by offering visibility into request status and better alerts of when requests have been acted upon and completed. What do you dislike? Just about everything associated with the platform. From its insistence on issuing Folder invites to those you share a folder with before anything is uploaded to said folder, to the overall ...

Wonderful sharing tool

What do you like best? The speed, organization, sharing capabilities and interface make Dropbox simple. It's a dream to use. I can share packaged design files and high quality images—just where they need to go—so my coworkers and I can collaborate almost instantaniously on important projects. What do you dislike?
