Dropbox Business

What do you like best? The integration with many apps is seamless. Implementation is easy. Installation on users computers is pretty easy. What do you dislike? Pricing is a bit wonky. I wish there were intermediate pricing plans with less storage available. When a user creates a folder and shares it out, it's cumbersome to back it up at the administration level. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Continuity of files across various users.

Solid Product

What do you like best? Dropbox has been a solid performer. We have been using it to share files between our East and west coast offices since 2010. Google Drive has a better interface and we are considering a switch, but Dropbox is solid. What do you dislike? UI feels clunky as it ages, not as intuitive as it used to be. We also have a few users using Dropbox paper, but only one or two. I don't yet see the value. It is now HIPAA compliant, but you have to jump thru the BAA hoops first. ...

Many different versions floating around Recommendations to others considering the product: Look at all options and type of file ...

Great tool with multi-platform support

What do you like best? Dropbox for Business is a great tool that allows the admin to turn off permanent deletion; removing my worry for accidentally erasing a key file. What do you dislike? The granularity of security leaves much to be desired. I end up creating more teams/groups than I actually need. Recommendations to others considering the product: Be sure you understand the administration of security. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? ...

Easy Image Storage and Sharing

What do you like best? I like that we are able to have Dropbox show up on the desktop like a regular folder. What do you dislike? You can't send a link to allow others to edit; you have to know their email address to allow them to make changes. Recommendations to others considering the product: Be sure to weigh your options and make sure this is going to provide you with enough storage space. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Image sharing ...
