Great for file sharing

What do you like best? Dropbox makes it easy to share large packets with external teams, and keep everything organized. What do you dislike? The UX isn't my favorite -- I'm not sure what I would prefer though. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We often have to share massive architectural files with clients, and being able to do so without praying that a zip file will compress enough is amazing.
