Dropbox is a solid choice, but not my first.
What do you like best? Drop box is nice in that it offers free accounts up to a certain GB. Everything is stored in one place. It works well and once the process is understood, everything is fine. It was easy for the team to install and set up. Fast process, which is huge to keep up a major work load. What do you dislike? It can be frustrating to navigate for new users. If you aren't familiar with it there is a learning curve. It is different than many other softwares we used in the ...

It's easy to Upload and share files
What do you like best? I do recommend it simply because of the ease of using it. I like that it's very easy to share my documents with other colleagues and that I can access these files from my phone, laptop, and any computer. What do you dislike? I find it hard to keep everything sorted myself. Sometimes I lose track of where things were stored. Maybe the uploading and downloading of files could be even faster. Recommendations to others considering the product: Excellent tool. ...

Great platform for sharing content
What do you like best? Easily and quickly share large files from anywhere. Great tool to interact with clients who have lots of content that needs to be sent back and forth. What do you dislike? Interface is a little clunky. Can get lost in navigating links but overall not that big of an issue. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? File sharing, client communication, real-time content updates

dropbox means you don't need a shared drive
What do you like best? all files can be accessed from any place at any time you have an internet connection; and for certain files if you download them you don't even need that. What do you dislike? takes a little getting used to using a cloud based system vs folders. i wish you could create desktop shortcuts to click and be taken to a specific dropbox folder. To share and edit files is very useful
What do you like best? Great! Awesome to be able to share my docs between computers seamlessly. No breakdowns or service updates that get in the way of accessing my data. What do you dislike? When its capacity or the trial runs out, obviously you have to pay a fee to use Dropbox Business. I don't recall what the organization paid, but apparently, they thought it worth it to continue using it. Recommendations to others considering the product: Dropbox is the easiest way to share these ...

I love how easy it is to access files from anywhere
What do you like best? I like how simple Dropbox is, you can have a desktop, laptop, mobile... or even a couple of desktops. You can also share files... say you wanna share a file fold or just a file with someone, you can share just that file or just that folder. It's a great app, also you can use the website too. What do you dislike? Hate the fact that it had brackets in the naming of the Dropbox folder and how this can’t be changed. This actually affects some of our software and causes ...
