If I could give a ZERO stars

If I could give a ZERO stars, I would. I lost every file on my PC after syncing to dropbox. I could not reach ANYONE to help. No customer service, no warning, no assistance, lost 5 years worth of background information using this deadly tool. Entered a ticket for support, with NO attempt by Dropbox to help!

Really bad

Really bad. Just migrated to Google Drive instead.Dropbox is so slow & clunky to use, & Google Drive can group media by metadata such as location, date by month etc. which makes finding files a breeze. Dropbox might have been good years ago, but it's dreadful now.

leider auch von mir keine Empfehlung mehr, Bedienung mittlerweile nicht mehr nutzerfreundlich, man muss aufpassen und die Einstellungen/auto-Syncronisation ausschalten usw. !! also Achtung

Dropbox has gone from its initial amazing features of heaven to a greedy pool of shady promises and constant non-consumer friendly practices.I have since years back gone over to OneDrive from M$ which atm offers me allot more and secure than Dropbox did.I was in the Beta, where we all got 10 gb for free (cannot remember100%). Also with the invitation bonuses I had gains about 23 gb extra, so my free account had about 32 gb of storage.After going to premium I was given 1 tb + 32 gb which was ...

It will ruin your computer.

The desktop version of DropBox is an absolute cancer. The automatic backup feature effectively acts as a virus on your computer and makes it unusable. I cannot access files that I saved to my own desktop because Dropbox has made my own desktop a mere illusion no matter how hard I try to avert it. I can't even access things I used when Dropbox was turned off. Avoid at all costs.

Dropbox looses your documents and don't care.

Dropbox started well, but...I had only 15G's of documents and they have lost everything, my Wedding pictures, I thought they were safe there, gone. they don't know what happened and they don't care.How can most of your documents and pictures disappear if your bussiness is to keep everything safe?

dropbox is magic

dropbox paper is good, and reviews on support are outdated, now a days support takes 10 seconds to connect as they are responsive to reviews. Also dropbox passwords works like magic and the storage although sometimes a bit confusing for someone like me should be intuitive enough for anyone to be able to profit to the max.

Yo he usado dropbox plus por mas de tres años y de pronto inhabilitaron mi cuenta sin motivo alguno, no hay asistencia ni chat por que para acceder a ello tienes que loguearte con tu cuenta y no puedo por que esta inhabilitada. No hay manera de acceder a reclamos y después de varios intentos de comunicarme me han bloqueado. No usen este servicio, es peligroso.
