Great Software for Smaller Teams
What do you like best? It is a centralized location to find many things that for our marketing team require that we keep them in one place. I wish there was a bit better of a layout visually, but it does its job. What do you dislike? The visual appeal is a bit old school and I believe the organization of it could be approached differently to better layout all the dropped files. More of a bucketed approach like Trello for instance. What problems are you solving with the product? What ...

Dropbox Business : Great application for content sharing....
What do you like best? Regardless of whether I telecommute, I go into the workplace, or work off my workstation, utilizing Dropbox makes it so extraordinary not to need to stress over having the latest variant of records accessible. A long time back I needed to email myself the most recent duplicates of spreadsheets when I realized I'd work in an alternate area. The Smart Sync is an awesome method to spare plate space by tweaking which documents you need put away on your hard drive and ...

Dropbox Business
What do you like best? I like how I can use as much storage on Dropbox as I want. Selective sync is an awesome feature which allows only the pertinent files to be downloaded onto my local computer. This means that I don't have to have all the Dropbox files on my local computer. What do you dislike? I don't think it beats Google Drive in terms of integration with Gmail (which my work email is through and convenience. That said, I like having important files in two places, so much of what I ...

What do you dislike? I have nothing to complain about the program, it is entirely complete with all the functions that suit us perfectly. Recommendations to others considering the product: It is important to remember that you ...

An Invaluable Tool For Sharing Large Files
What do you like best? Dropbox makes it easy for us to share large files within the office and with our clients. The links created in Dropbox seem to work for nearly, if not all of our clients. Some other file sharing services seem to be firewalled/blocked by corporate servers. What do you dislike? I dislike the fact that files stored on Dropbox take up space on my local hard drive. Dropbox has resolved that, however, with the ability to have certain files/folders cloud-sync only and not ...

The most intuitive file management/sharing system
What do you like best? Dropbox is extremely easy to use, and can handle the large files that I am constantly creating and processing (which Google Drive cannot. It is easy to access from anywhere, and is simple for others to navigate even if they don't have a Dropbox account of their own. What do you dislike? My biggest complaint is that things can take a while to upload into the cloud, but honestly Dropbox has the quickest upload speed I've ever encountered so it's not even a valid ...

Easy to Use
What do you like best? Easy for internal employees to understand and implement. Not much troubleshooting involved. I have rarely had to answer questions about Dropbox and its functionality. It makes my job that much easier! What do you dislike? Cannot edit documents in real time. It would be really helpful if we were able to edit documents live. Sort of like OneDrive allows. That would be a huge improvement for Dropbox. Recommendations to others considering the product: Simple solution ...
