Uso Dropbox per lavoro e PAGO per il servizio Businness. Dopo un anno, una mattina mi trovo con l'account disabilitato senza alcun avviso. Ho passato 3 giorni ad aprire ticket e parlare con la chat automatica e su twitter perdendo 5 giorni di lavoro!!! Mi ha risposto solo una volta una ragazza, via mail, in inglese, dicendo che il mio caso è stato spostato al dipartimento tecnico. Ad oggi, sesto giorno, ancora nulla...un servizio tra i più costosi, scelto perchè ritenuto affidabile!! ...

Disgraceful & Useless

I've been a premium paying Dropbox user for over six years and the application seemed fine. Then a couple of weeks ago I downloaded a couple of files onto my mobile and the account gets suspended. No reason given. The Dropbox help FAQs go round in a doom loop. There are no humans available at Dropbox. I eventually found a link to write a complaint to get my account reinstated and even got a ticket. That was 10 days ago. They still haven't reinstated my account and don't respond to emails. ...

Schlechter Kundenservice, schlechte Kommunikation

Grundsätzlich war ich immer zufrieden. Nun ist gibt es aber seit neuestem die Vollversion im Appstore nicht mehr. Dropbox sagt es liege an Windows, Windows sagt es läge an Dropbox - was für eine Kommunikation...Wenn man Probleme hat und den Service kontatkiert überfluten sie einen mit Standartisierten E-Mails, gehen 0 auf Fragen ein und können auch nie eine Lösung anbieten.Such euch einen anderen anbieter...

Dropbox Smart Sync is a joke

Dropbox Smart Sync is a joke. The whole purpose of Smart Sync = Dropbox. But you make people pay for premium to "unlock it". Dropbox without Smart Sync is ultimately a virus that infects your computer with files I never asked for, that were shared with me. Just give your free users 2GB WITH SmartSync. Jesus Christ. Else what the hell is the point in Dropbox? It's more like a Trojan Horse that dumps a load of files onto your computer without ever asking you to.

PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? What I like most about Dropbox is the fact that it shares our QuickBox account with our accountant without any troubles or email usage. I like that it allows me to share docs and I know that everything is well-protected and the things can be viewed only by those that I choose.
