Great file storage for SMB

What do you like best? Dropbox is very user friendly. If you have employees that are apprehensive to change or are not very good with technology, DB is a good option since it syncs with the local Dropbox folder. What do you dislike? I find that the groups and sharing does not work 100%. Also if an owner for a folder leaves the organization, it leaves a hole in managing the folder depending how the folder is set up. What do you like best? Being able to upload multiple files and easily share with both team members and customers. What do you dislike? I wish the integration to my desktop were a little more seamless. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
