Franchement vous me décevez
Franchement vous me décevez, depuis un certain temps les fichiers sélectionnés ne se sauvegardent plus malgré le message "tout vos fichiers ont été enregistrés". Il faut à chaque fois recompter, revérifier manuellement que TOUT a bien été enregistré !! On perd un temps fou !! Je cherche un concurrent merci.

Engineered with incompetence
Their login security system was designed by people who are unable to process logical conditions, and as such, my account has been lost forever. This is why you don't hire foreign engineers from fiverr.com to design your enterprise service.Oh but hey, they sure did nail the hideous modern clipart style of weirdly deformed brown people with tiny heads, climbing all over the website to make you feel better about losing all of your files to their vibrant ineptitude.

No service for small users.
I've had a DropBox account since the very early days. I've never used it much, but once in a while it was a quick and efficient way of sending a few files across the world. And it was free. Now, every time I use it, I'm bombarded with "Your Dropbox is almost full" / "Upgrade account" messages, and occasionally, despite the few items stored there, it refuses to help on the basis that my account is "full".While it may seem unfair to gripe about a free service, I've cost them very little over ...

Dropbox was a good company
Dropbox was a good company, but their systems have broken down and they are blaming their clients. We did not receive an invoice for our business dropbox this year. In May the service was suspended so we paid online as instructed to do in the dropbox admin area. A week later we received an invoice dated January for more licenses than we need. Another week later our account was suspended but the full 1 year payment we have made has not been returned, and dropbox insist we owe them for more ...

support arrangements are lousy
support arrangements are lousy. it's email tennis over days, or slow chatbox where you have no record of what you said.seems they can't afford a telephone (like all USA operations). why show arrogant disregard for customers who pay their wages?......because they can get away with it, and make bundles

Abonné version pro, j'utilise à fond l'option "smart sync" : l'OS fonctionne comme si le fichier était sur le disque dur mais il est en fait sur le cloud. Cela permet d'avoir virtuellement plusieurs téra de données sur un petit disque de 500Go. Oui.... Jusqu'au jour où on a besoin de déplacer/copier/sauvegarder toutes ces données. Et là c'est impossible (confirmé par écrit par le service technique après plusieurs journées perdues en essais multiples) car toute opération sur un fichier ...
