Rigid customer service

Seen this issue brought up before - so here it is again: Customer service is not guided by the customer's needs. It is guided rigidly by the billing team and their policy, like 20 years ago. I asked for a refund for one of our team who left 2 months ago and this subscription fell through the cracks. The response was "nah, the policy says no". Shame, the product is ok (hence 2 stars). What do you like best about Dripify? The results! Through the first 7 day trial I booked several meetings, which if they convert, will be of huge value. It is also very simple to use, and I have received several value bombs from the staff which has been good.

Used it for 12 months, did not see any benefit to my business development after using it in multiple different ways and using different templates. Avoid paying for the full year like I did if you do use it.

As a previous review states, feeling like a valued customer is the important part. I brought 3 client accounts to dripify and therefore multiple revenue streams for them over time... a client wished to end the services and I forgot to cancel the dripify so I was still being charged, finally, 2 months later I saw the charge email only an hour too late, contact support to ask for a refund for the month coming forward to be told sorry goes against policies... even though I hadn't used the ...
