Drip is a great partner to automize your email marketing

What do you like best? Drip is the best platform where I can conduct experiments. I can conduct experiments regarding to not only just email title, email body text, but also recipient segmentation and condition to send emails. What do you dislike? it's not available to easily remove or move the link between nodes on the workflow. Thus, I need to duplicate the workflow in order to modify the workflow. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I ...

Great Automation with a Learning Curve

What do you like best? So many things! You can easily set up automated email campaigns based on a pretty in-depth tagging system. For example, you can sync with your website and email your subscribers any time they view a specific landing page. You can also set up workflows with multiple steps based on a user's interaction with your campaign. The possibilities are exciting. The email building tools are great for non-developers. You can easily add and remove images, text blocks, buttons ...

Drip is Marketo for the Common Man

What do you like best? Anyone can use Drip. You don't have to have huge marketing or tech teams to succeed with Drip. The application is easy to learn. The documentation is good and Drip taught us what we needed to know over many months. The Drip team is invested in our success and is always available to help and advise on whatever we need. We are especially impressed with the power and simplicity of Drip's automation tools. The Drip team introduced us to these tools, taught us how to use ...

Used Drip for almost a year and still like it

Drip used to be really great. In two years, they've simply gone downhill.

What do you like best? I loved the product, back when it was working and when customer support was actually there. What do you dislike? Where to start. First, it literally doesn't work. You think it works and then you look closely and notice you have hundreds of subscribers "stuck" in workflows. Automation not actually firing. Emails not going out. You reach out to support and get back an answer in a few days. We're looking into it. Very late but very polite and friendly. Then, it ...

Super robust and user friendly

What do you like best? Drip is the only platform that could handle the complex automated workflows I wanted to build. The UI is easy, fast, and functional. The variety of options for sorting contacts, setting up rules and triggers, and performing bulk operations is exceptional. The visual builder is better than any other that's integrated into an ESP, that I've seen, and supports conditional formatting and dynamic content. Last but not least, support from our account manager is easy to ...

Caution: They increase the prices without grandfathering current customers

What do you like best? In general terms it is a good marketing automation tool. What do you dislike? The technical support needs to be improved and the tool is not very intuitive. They increase the prices and do not care how many years you have as a customer. We have used the Drip service for approximately 3 years. From one day to the next they have increased (too much the prices without respecting the original price. This company is not recommended. What business problems are you ...

There is a learning curve absolutely, but once you know how it works, you're golden. Recommendations to others considering the product They have an excellent support staff and a flexible pricing structure. We get a lot of value for one annual fee. What business problems are you solving with the product? ...

Excellent for Mailing Lists

What do you like best? I love the Drip flowchart system for creating email campaigns and funnels and all the options using the different segmentations. What do you dislike? I wish it were a hot tick easier to set up, I'm still struggling with the learning curve. There is just a lot one can do with this and I feel a bit overwhelmed. Recommendations to others considering the product It's got a learning curve, and you'll want to research into the various was to use drip to really ...

Used Drip for almost a year and still like it

What do you like best? Their support is quick and helpful, always. I ask a lot of questions and they always have answers. They are honest about their limitations. What do you dislike? The non-intuitive interface. The Drip way is not bad but accomplishing tasks is not always straightforward. Lack of robust reporting. The canned reports lack ability to analyze and correlate. Recommendations to others considering the product Be certain that you are satisfied with the reporting ...
