Mostly happy but some reservations

What do you like best? My favorite aspect of drip is the automatic workflows. Very easy to set up and integrate. What do you dislike? My least favorite part of drip is the lack of easy A/B testing of subject lines. Subjects are a crucial piece of copy to test, and it's disheartening that that is not as easy to test from drip. Its Good - but

What do you like best? pretty simple to use interface, and plenty of features What do you dislike? Sudden unexpected price bumps without prior warning Recommendations to others considering the product: Watch the price bands, and make sure they fit with your needs What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Excellent for Automating welcome emails to clients, and adding a series of follow ups

Makes it Automatically

What do you like best? The ability to use trigger links to add or change the campaigns What do you dislike? A little more capability in the email editor would be nice What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Broadcasts can add new campaigns to a contact.

Difficult to use at first, but worth the time invested

What do you like best? Automations and workflows are very customizable, and integration with products on Shopify is relatively easy. What do you dislike? It takes a long time to get used to using its more sophisticated features and automations, and I found I needed to think dofferently than normal to make the adjustment. What do you like best? The ease of use with Drip is amazing. I am able to put together advanced segmentations and automations in very short periods of time. The visual builder is awesome too. What do you dislike? I feel like the Drip team relies on how easy the system is to use. Solid email platform

What do you like best? I like the workflows, the simplicity of the platform, and the price point for what it is offered. What do you dislike? Some of the dashboards and graphics are not necessary. As someone who isnt in ecomm, the revenue per email is completely unnecessary. Recommendations to others considering the product: Try to simplify for those not in the ecomm space. What do you like best? Drip makes it easy to automate your marketing without having to do a lot of manual work. What do you dislike? Visual editor could be improved.
