Great Product, Super Easy Automation

What do you like best? Makes setting up automatic emails a breeze, plugs into EVERYTHING What do you dislike? I wish that the visual builder was a little more straightforward. Buttons do not wrap completely within link. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We are sending out customized newsletters using an API that we developed in house, Drip was the perfect solution!

Excellent Service

What do you like best? I'm very new to Shopify and I love the integration. There are a million apps that need to be combined to do what this ONE service can do alone. It has made it easy to notify customers of new merchandise, remind them they have items in their cart, make product recommendations and just generally keep in touch. I have been using a personal email as a sort of trial to test my campaigns and the results I'm seeing are sleek and polished with a very professional look. ...

Solid email platform

What do you like best? I like the workflows, the simplicity of the platform, and the price point for what it is offered. What do you dislike? Some of the dashboards and graphics are not necessary. As someone who isnt in ecomm, the revenue per email is completely unnecessary. Recommendations to others considering the product: Try to simplify for those not in the ecomm space. Try to make graphics that correspond to engagement etc and not necessarily revenue. What problems ...

Great tool. Very powerful, yet simple.

What do you like best? Automation and rules. Possibilities are endless. What do you dislike? The learning curve is somewhat difficult, but well worth the investment in time. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Auto responder sequences for my online info products. I have more control over prospect nurturing.

Drip is my favorite platform!

What do you like best? I love that Drip has so much capability and I love how it simplifies the funnel process with the straight-forward and easy to follow workflows and rules to connect things together. What do you dislike? Since Drip does have limits in its integrations, it can make doing some things more difficult. It would be really great, for example, if Drip had even more capabilities within integrations, such as specific PayPal purchases, and if it had more integrations. ...

Brilliant intuitive service

What do you like best? It's easy to get to grips to, makes sense and hammers every other ESP out there. What do you dislike? The massive switch to focusing on ecommerce - it still works for us and is obviously a strategic direction they're going in, but it feels like they might leave us behind in the future. Recommendations to others considering the product: Give it a go - it's so much easier than anything else on the market. What problems are you solving with the product? ...

Great and powerful product

What do you like best? Drip is user friendly but very powerful. There are features the big players like Salesforce and Selligent don’t have (or extremely complicated to accomplish). It’s great that Drip has user friendly options for the less technical users, but also have developer minded tools and options that are necessary for more complex use cases. What do you dislike? Analytics is a little bit basic. The clickrate is based on the entire send group, should only be calculated on ...
