What do you like best? I'm very new to Shopify and I love the integration. There are a million apps that need to be combined to do what this ONE service can do alone. It has made it easy to notify customers of new merchandise, remind them they have items in their cart, make product recommendations and just generally keep in touch. Great Product, Super Easy Automation

What do you like best? Makes setting up automatic emails a breeze, plugs into EVERYTHING What do you dislike? I wish that the visual builder was a little more straightforward. Buttons do not wrap completely within link. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We are sending out customized newsletters using an API that we developed in house, Drip was the perfect solution!

A Great Tool for Small Biz + Marketers

What do you like best? Drip's automation features are second-to-none. While it may take some time to set up at first, it pays massive dividends once you do. So much more intuitive and helpful than other tools I've used for email marketing (Constant Contact, Mailchimp). Recommendations to others considering the product: If you're looking to to automate your email flows so you can easily send multiple emails to customers over time, and based on their habits, Drip is a great tool.
