Perfect for ecommerce
What do you like best? It has a lot of features, good UX, live chat always present and lets you to create really personalized emails and workflows. In terms of costs: $50 per months for 2600 subs. is ok i think. If you will use all the advanced features for a good, created by you customer retention plan than the revenue will be 10x, i guarantee you. Great app
What do you like best? It's a really useful email marketing tool with a different approach than other tools. What do you dislike? Some times you need to make an action but there is no way to copy or move it so you need to rework it. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I like the new workflows and automation
What do you like best? I used Mailchimp before switching to Drip. Drip has much better options to set up automated workflows. I like the new text editor, too. What do you dislike? There's always space for improvement, but I cannot say I dislike any particular feature. It does what it's supposed to do for me, great value for money. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? It helps us capture leads and send automated campaigns.

What do you like best? The automation works great and provides a lot of features to create awesome campaigns and workflows. What do you dislike? I was trying to migrate a store with 30,000+ subscribers and their system blocked my account 3 times although that I sent all info requested by their compliance team. Learning curve but excellent customer service
What do you like best? There's a Learning curve, maybe because I'm not really familiar with marketing solutions but once you get the hang of it the possibility are endless. What do you like best? Workflows and rules for automating emails based on tags. What do you dislike? You can't see a list of all of your subscribers - you have to use filters. Recommendations to others considering the product: If you're looking to to automate your email flows so you can easily send multiple emails to customers over time, and based on their habits, Drip is a great tool. What do you like best? The options are good. Overall is everything very easy to use. What do you dislike? Switching through different mails in your campaign could be easier and quicker. A Great Tool for Small Biz + Marketers
What do you like best? Drip's automation features are second-to-none. While it may take some time to set up at first, it pays massive dividends once you do. So much more intuitive and helpful than other tools I've used for email marketing (Constant Contact, Mailchimp). What do you like best? I really like using Drip. The UI is very clean and easy to follow. It also has many capabilities at the basic plan that would cost much more than another platform. What do you dislike? For me specifically, the cost was a bit too high at such an early stage in my business.
