Great, flexible system
What do you like best? We’ve been working on a project which we thought we’d struggle to get off the ground, but with Drip we’ve managed to tailor all of the tags and email send times so that everything is working harmoniously in WordPress What do you dislike? At the moment, nothing. We haven’t used it long enough to have dislikes What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We completely built our system around drip which has allowed for ...

There is nothing like Drip
What do you like best? The first thing is the visual aspect of drip, it takes a little bit of time to get used to it, but once you understand the concept, it's by far superior to anything on the market. The concept "If this" "then that" is so powerful because you can customise your campaigns. If you can think it then you can build it, using tags, rules and workflows which is Drips automation. This is a very powerful email delivery system that is the best system currently in the market. ...

Easy set up for such a complete system
What do you like best? I think I have tried almost every email service out there and drip has been one of the easiest to set up. What do you dislike? There might be too many features, I have not had a chance to use the full power of Drip yet. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Sending specialized emails to the right leads.

Great for customer relations & community building
What do you like best? The reliability, easy-to-use platform and how it integrates with many other apps. What do you dislike? If you duplicate an email, the links have to be removed and re-added to change them What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Providing more educational content to our current fitness customers. We've realized email marketing isn't dead, and is a very beneficial tool.

Personalisation on the next level
What do you like best? The visual workflow builder is one of the best I have ever seen. It is easy to use and you can get used to in in minutes. What do you dislike? Drip is easy to start but has a longer learning curve to master. I still didn't mastered everything that could be done with it. Recommendations to others considering the product: If you don't know something, get in touch with the support ASAP. They are friendly and can help most of your problems. You can always ...

Drip does what it says it will do
What do you like best? My favorite feature of Drip is the ability to utilize tags and visual funnels. What do you dislike? I do not like the lack of features and integrations. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Drip helps you segment and automate your funnel based upon behaviors and actions.

Mostly happy but some reservations
What do you like best? My favorite aspect of drip is the automatic workflows. Very easy to set up and integrate. What do you dislike? My least favorite part of drip is the lack of easy A/B testing of subject lines. Subjects are a crucial piece of copy to test, and it's disheartening that that is not as easy to test from drip. Recommendations to others considering the product: Support is best found on the Facebook group, and unfortunately that seems to be dying. What ...

Solid basic email marketing tool
What do you like best? Unlike many other top marketing automation systems, Drip has an easy-to-use, intuitive interface. What do you dislike? It's a little less flexible than other systems What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We've been using Drip for monthly drip campaigns. It's helped us stay in touch with customers who aren't ready to buy

A consistently improving platform
What do you like best? I've been on drip for 4 months, and in that time there have been a number of updates that took an already awesome platform and continued to improve on it. Some feedback from me was directly taken into account and quickly integrated into aspects of the platform. - Their Live Chat and Email support is fantastic, and the humans behind it are responsive, nice, and fun to chat with while solving challenges. What do you dislike? I would like to see more advanced ...

Loving Drip almost as much as my coffee!
What do you like best? I love how easy it is to create automations and workflows. The Drip user interface is intuitive and makes the process simple and quick. The hardest part is actually writing the emails! What do you dislike? There isn't anything that I dislike about Drip. So far it is all very user-friendly, provides a great deal of data (which is invaluable) and has been easy for my audience to use and sign up with as well! What problems are you solving with the product? ...
