Incredible customer support, great platform

What do you like best? They have incredible customer support. The fact that they have chat support available 24/7 really makes a difference. What do you dislike? Depending on what you're using it for, the platform itself has its downsides, but for us it was a step forward from MailChimp and getting a lot of the functionality of solutions ten times more expensive (hubspot etc) for a fraction of the price. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you ...

10 months managing all Drip campaigns for a travel mobile app company

What do you like best? There's a few things I like about Drip: The Dashboard. Simple, easy to use and keeps evolving Automations. Are pretty flexible, quick to set up. Visual builder. Some of the best I've seen in the market What do you dislike? Overall this is a great CRM o ECRM. However, there are few issues that we discovered during our journey. 1-Only chat support (our at least for our plan). I understand this could be a way to pioritise your efforts toward ...

If you're on the fence, GET DRIP!

What do you like best? I like the easy segmentation tools and their seamless integration with custom rules and workflows. The automations make my life so much easier. What do you dislike? The Liquid integration between Drip and Shopify are not always in sync like I would like them to be. Some fields that are supposed to be available just are not. Recommendations to others considering the product: Please consider adding a Chatfuel integration. Using Zapier as a workaround was ...

Drip is the easiest system I have used

What do you like best? The system has many integrations but they have the BEST customer service. The Drip system easy to use and customer support is amazing. You will never be lost with drip beacuse help is always one chat away. What do you dislike? It has issues working on Firefox. I wish that the integration for Facebook was a bit easier to add accounts to. Recommendations to others considering the product: There really is no learning curve. Switch today. What problems ...

Easy to use and incredible customer service!

What do you like best? I like that I can get help by chat or email quickly. What do you dislike? I dislike that I can’t see all of my contacts on the screen (preview only). Fabulous for e-commerce

What do you like best? Love the easy interface and the way in which I can customise my EDM based on my customer's journey. I particularly like being able to have multiple sign up forms for one list (this lets me offer early access lists and multiple lead magnets). What do you dislike? I sometimes have trouble with customers not receiving emails but that is getting better. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Multiple sign up forms ...

User-friendly, gets results

What do you like best? I like that it’s extremely easy to set up, understand, and execute. You don’t need a background in tech to make the automations work, though the Drip team is always on hand to help should you run into any issues. What do you dislike? I don’t have any complaints about Drip’s service. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I’m new to automations for e-commerce and needed a platform that was easy to use but also ...

Powerful and Intuitive!

What do you like best? Drip is an extremely intuitive platform to use allowing users to quickly and easily build complex campaigns. I love the email editor. Best one that I have used by far. It's fully responsive and allows you to quickly toggle between edit and preview across all devices. The learning curve for learning Drip is extremely low. You can start building your first campaign in less than an hour of logging on for the first time. The ability to segment your lists is ...

Powerful but lacks features and support is hit and miss

What do you like best? Integrations are a snap and liquid is reasonably good as a templating engine What do you dislike? Have had multiple instances of failure, for example my Welcome Series not sending, and Drip simply dropped the ball, no follow up whatsoever. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Automating emails when it works
