Really enjoying drift so far..

Really powerful stuff, takes a bit of getting used too.. we're learning as we go.. UK timezone chat would be great.. but still 5 stars guys.

Early but promising

The Drift team is doing their best to become the new standard of customer communication. I like what they do, although they are very early and sometimes buggy. I'm sure they'll figure it out eventually!

Product misrepresented and lacks integrity

The product is one step below live chat in terms of value to site visitors. It isn’t even close to a chat bot. Ever created an email nurturing workflow, it’s the same thing. Nothing fancy to it and a waste of time for most use cases. On top of that, deceptive billing practices. They make the transaction more complicated than Microsoft business and we all know that isn’t exactly the epitome of user experience. Finally, good luck canceling. They make it a chore.
