Good approaching great

What do you like best? Drift saves a lot of valuable time for lead generation by auto answering support issues. What do you dislike? Conversations can get lost in the mix if no one types a key phrase. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? More qualified leads for our salesforce.

Great marketers sub par product

What do you like best? It’s a basic chat product with the marketing veil of having created a new category. It’s literally a chat widget on steroids. What do you dislike? They launched too many features too fast and they aren’t very good. Reminds me of hubspot 4-5 years ago. It’s also a pain to effectively integrate w crm systems. Much easier to use hubspot a basic chat. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Consumer chat.

The best solution for a small business

What do you like best? First of all, Drift's business model that allows small companies who don't have lots of operators and customers to provide customer support on the website for free or at low cost. But also, Drift provides an own app (and not some Jabber-like geek solution so I can be online all the time even if I'm not at my desk and to be sure I'm not losing customers from other time zones. They're plugin is great but I noticed a…

They're plugin is great but I noticed a slow down in page loading times. My setup was Genesis framework with Gutenberg, I wanted a clean setup with no bloat, prior utilizing Drift my page loaded in under 2 seconds. This went on to 8 seconds with the plugin set up in the back end. Since then I've switched to Astra, will give it a try again with this theme and then try on Genesis again.
