Such a great and helpful tool!

What do you like best? I am still new to Drift but absolutely loving it! Such an easy tool to use and great to be able to communicate with potential future customers real time. What do you dislike? As mentioned above, still new to drift but don't see anything that I dislike about Drift! All around happy with this tool! What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Being able to communicate right away real time with potential future customers.

Fine functionality but not exceptional

What do you like best? It's a great tool for connecting people who are already on our website with someone on our sales team, and the notification system is pretty good. The info about the site visitor that it collects is usually pretty accurate. What do you dislike? The system, especially the mobile app, can be really glitchy and is definitely not user friendly. What do you like best? The onboarding process has been great. We've had 2 calls to create our first bot and their chat support has been fantastic as well. All of my reps seem to be excited about Drift which makes this process even easier. What do you dislike? Excellent customer facing chat

What do you like best? Integration with website super simple and directly integrates to slack for easy chat management. What do you dislike? API updates caused an issue with WordPress integration. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Support chat is now seamlessly integrated to our website and product.

What do you like best? With so many good features, Drifts to cut out the static that comes to your website is truly amazing. When someone schedules a meeting through drift they are ready to talk business. It also allows you to have lots of fun with prospects before ever having a call. What do you dislike? What do you like best? Incredibly easy to use.Very user friendly What do you dislike? At this point I haven't found anything I don't like. Decent product, weak support

What do you like best? The app interface is highly performant and intuitive. What do you dislike? Drift told me explicitly, several times, that my Drift help articles would not be indexed by search engines. Then, as I'm leaving Drift, all of a sudden they are indexed.
