Don't Expect ANY Support

Top sales effort but ZERO support after purchase. No implementation support, only videos and a couple of links. Was promised a customer success manager to support through the process, but haven't heard a thing, haven't even had a response from sales with regards to my concerns.

What do you like best? I like the different types of playbooks offered, and the many integrations that can be hooked into Drift to play nice with other tools in my tech stack. What do you dislike? I do see where they are going with their product strategy trying to get more email, landing pages, and email signatures involved but I only use the chat functionality myself. What do you like best? It works fast and perfect. Notifications shows on my phone with no delay and can attend the visitor with no delay. Love it! What do you dislike? Nothing so far. Conversational Marketing Changes the Game

What do you like best? We appreciate having the ability to address our prospective and existing clients' questions on their schedule and love the ability to get involved as needed. What do you dislike? The sandbox (testing environment could use some improvement. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Engaging with clients at the point of interest as opposed to reaching out cold.

A simple and effective solution to connecting with my clients

What do you like best? The app and Chrome widget extension so that we never miss a message from a browsing client What do you dislike? Nothing. Its a great product. I think that when I grow and have more uses, I will have more feedback What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Comprehensive tool with endless possibilities (...and some bugs)

What do you like best? Drift allows the user to get creative. With all the different playbook options, it's unlikely you can't find one that will accomplish your goal whether it's email captures, engagement, booking appointments, etc. What do you dislike? Drift has been absolutely amazing!!!

What do you like best? Not only do we have a huge increase in the amount of traffic drift pulls off our website we are getting fantastic engagement almost always resulting in a phone number provided. Within the first week we already converted two sales from chat to in store. The next week we saw similar conversion. I would never go back to our old providers. Amazing! The Uses are Limitless....

What do you like best? I like that we are able to create playbooks that prequalify leads and give us the ability to immediately engage with those who are ready to get started. Seamlessly adding leads to email campaigns is also a huge benefit. What do you dislike? There are aspects of the functionality that can become confusing depending on your level of technical knowledge. Awesome Product

What do you like best? the fact that it works well, and does not cause any problems. The product has a free option for small businesses, and the chat system interface is wonderful. What do you dislike? Sometimes the system lags and messages appear later. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Instantly converting visitors into leads.
