Drift is a no-brainer
What do you like best? I love being able to be a person to people who inquire about our product. Talking to them in real-time is invaluable, and whenever I personally go to a website that is using Drift I'm grateful I can have answers immediately. Also, scheduling on my calendar, although that doesn't always work. What do you dislike? I am often fielding questions that are best for CS- such as "I forgot my password!" Great tool for offering support to users
What do you like best? Feature I find most useful is the combination of the help center and the support bot. Together they help me deal with over half of all user requests and questions, without my intervention. What do you dislike? I wish the bot was more customisable as it sometimes gives links to incorrect articles. Also the iOS app could be less buggy and show me for example what browser a particular user is using. Drift has been great!
What do you like best? I love the intuitive platform - it's easy to click around in. I love the reporting feature - the insights are great and there's no work for us in building reports. I also love the ability for us to have a chat on our website - customers are loving it and so is my team. What do you dislike? New hire, finding it easy to Drift!
What do you like best? The amount of resources it provides to the user. What do you dislike? Some features are no longer available that may help us route conversations better to customer service, sales, etc. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Leveraging it mainly for preliminary sales qualifications for demos, support issues, and marketing.

Awesome application to connect with my audience on a personal level
What do you like best? I enjoy the ease of use integrating with my website and the integration with slack. Definitely allows for future automation in customer relations. What do you dislike? Overall great. Easy to navigate through.
What do you like best? The fact that the information from a potential client transfers to all of my emails and syncs up with all of my calendars. What do you dislike? Nothing at this time. What do you like best? I love the ability to segment web visitors and funnel them properly. The ability to easily drop a calendar to schedule with Sales Reps. Great co to work with, even cooler tech to have for growth
What do you like best? I love that the interface is always improving to be simpler for the end user and for the customer website exerpience ! What do you dislike? At times, with all the updates, best practices can be hard to keep up with. I’d also like to see bulk edits able to be made. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? It provides another ‘set of hands’ for pre-sales qualifiers before the handoff from marketing to sales.

Quick Turn Around
What do you like best? That I can chat in real time with my prospects and escalate questions without having to set up a call if it is not worth either parties time. What do you dislike? The only thing that I dislike about it but I think is more of a learning curve situation is that the home screen is a little overwhelming What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Lead generation and triaging request to the appropriate team members.
